The Digital Marketing Specialist at The Free Press will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing plans.

As a strategic leader, you will incorporate all marketing plans into an overall marketing strategy that is effective and achievable to grow revenue for the company and market clients’ business.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a keen desire and drive to continuously learn in an ever-changing digital landscape.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will :

• Build holistic sales pitches to align with the businesses goals and budget (Pre-Sale).
• Create launch strategies, including, but not limited to, targeting, creative recommendations, and overall campaign tactics (Post Sale).
• Ensure the campaign aligns with the clients’ goals.
• Monitor campaigns and create monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and fulfilment teams to ensure an effective workflow.
• Other duties as assigned.

You and Your Experience :

• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or relevant skills.
• Degree in advertising, marketing or equivalent job experience.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, with an understanding of current and evolving trends.
• Experience using Canva, Looker Studio, WordPress, Power Point and Excel
• Preferred Certifications : Google and Meta
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Effective team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• The ability to work in a team environment and thrive in a busy, high energy workplace.
