We are currently looking for an :

IT Manager

Reporting to theInformation Systems Director, the IT Manager is responsible for supervising theIT team, for setting up and maintaining the company's IT systems includingnetwork, servers, and storage.

He has the ability to analyze complex ITproblems and formulate effective solutions. The IT Manager must possessstrategic thinking to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensurethe security and integrity of organizational data.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Management of the IT team : lead and coordinate the ITteam, provide advice and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• IT infrastructure supervision : management andoptimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks,servers and software applications
• Alignment of IT with business objectives : collaboration with management and various departments to ensure thatinformation systems are aligned with objectives.
• Evaluation and implementation of new technologies : stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies, and implement newsolutions to improve organizational and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring data security : developing and implementingmeasures to protect the organization's information systems and data againstcyber threats.
• Procedure and documentation : supervise, design, writeand maintain technical documentation for networks and systems, includingcontingency plans, DRP.
• Monitoring and cybersecurity : monitoringvulnerabilities and risks in networks, software and intrusion risks usingcontinuous analysis software

Qualifications & Competencies :

Diploma and qualification :

oBachelor's degree in IT, computer science orequivalent professional experience

oProfessional certifications (An asset)

Required experience :

o10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as an ITManager

oHands-on experience supervising IT projects, managingteams and aligning IT strategies

Competencies :

oLeadership and good communication skills

o Advanced knowledgein infrastructure, network security and systems strengthening (Firewall,Routing, VPN, VLAN, QOS, Optical Fiber, Wi-Fi, etc ).

oVMware, vCenter and storage systems (vSphere, NAS,SAN, vSAN, etc ).

oWindows Server (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, TerminalServer, etc.).
