Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the successful execution of high-rise concrete projects in our $1BN pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on concrete high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project progress and status to senior management

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on concrete high-rise projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
