Hours of work : Monday- Friday, 8 : 00am- 4 : 30pm
Position Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to lead the warehouse in the day-to-day operations and to coach staff on efficiencies and creating a better end user experience.

Compensation Plan
- Competitive base hourly rate - Depends on Experience

Primary Job Functions
- Supervise and control workflow. Delegation of tasks. Distribute workforce as needed throughout department.
- Supervise staff to ensure work is timely, effective, and in accordance with quality requirements.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees on procedures.
- Train, rotate and cross-train staff on each aspect of the warehouse processes for all shifts.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals for department.
- Foster a culture of accountability.
- Ensuring that all tools and equipment in warehouse are safe and operational.
- Assist in operations as necessary to achieve department goals.
Qualifications
- Initiative-taker able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment.
- Computer use to maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts, and other computer work.
- Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift.
- Class 5 driver's license
- Forklift experience is an asset (training will be provided)
