Here’s what you’ll deliver :
- Providing safe, timely and correct parts deliveries to our wholesale customers.
- Establishing an efficient route of delivery schedules.
- Operating the delivery vehicle (car, van or pick up) in a safe and cautious fashion to maintain a clean driving record.
- Dispatch drivers and orders when required.
- Projecting a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
- Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), waste disposal regulations, etc.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed :
- 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable with technology and learning new software and RF Scanners.
- Experience with high volume multi drop shipments, delivery, proof of delivery & photo.
- Support as required for verification and receiving, sorting and shipping.
- Safe loading of vehicles, mitigation damage or unsafe load.
- Assist as needed with dispatching of drivers and orders when required.
- Able to comfortably lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
- Vehicle inspection pre use, ensuring safe operable use.
- Maintain a security mindset to safeguard all packages at all times.
- Occasional shift timing opportunities.
- Collections of COD sums and use POS terminals.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- An aptitude for arithmetic, an ability to read catalogs and technical materials, and legible handwriting.
- Familiarity with the function of automobile parts
- Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Has a neat appearance, good judgment, and mature attitude.
- Personable, reliable, courteous.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience.
