Documenting business needs and translating them into system specifications.Improving Efficiency : Identifying process improvements and system efficiencies.
Collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions.Security Monitoring : Assessing computer hardware and software for efficiency and security.
Strengthening and expanding the organization.Increasing Profitability : Contributing to profitability by optimizing operational processesWhat You’ll Need to SucceedAt least 3 years of work experience supporting business applications and / or processes.
Post-secondary education in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive.
Basic SQL knowledge is considered an asset (writing update queries)Experience with GUIDEWIRE AND SQLExperience in the Insurance industry considered an assetExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or Confluence considered an asset.
