Description de poste8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst and / or Data Analyst with strong documentation and testing experience Recent 2-3 years of experience in Leading the team and good communication & stakeholder management 5+ years' experience within Capital Markets Ideally has experience across various asset classes (OTC derivatives, Fixed income etc.) Demonstrable experience independently communicating with various stakeholders (e.g. trade desk, vendors, technology teams, etc.) Candidate must be well-versed in ETL (to determine data / ETL requirements for the project) Previous Data Modeling experience - different types of schemas Bachelor's degree in a related field required Takes initiative on the tasks and be accountable Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction Self-starter Strong analytical skills Experience with Elasticsearch - commonly used engine for pulling data Experience with Python - Scripting, to access and manipulate data Trade surveillance experience

- Lead discussions with various stakeholders across different teams (technology, compliance, trade desk, internal controls)
- Utilize understanding of the trade order lifecycle and order data (across OTC derivatives and listed products)
- Attending meetings to understand scope of the work
- Documentation and gather requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
- Work with work with both technical and business resources, as well as respective leads with given workstreams
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide
- technical solutions to meet user needs
- Manage JIRA tickets
- Create and manage data mapping documents, test cases & testing of items developed
- Updating knowledge base
- Data reconciliation
- Create Elastic Search queries to determine data / ETL requirements for the project
