- Capital Markets project implementation essential (especially Fixed Income, Money Market and Equities related projects).
- Strong Risk management knowledge (must be currently CFA / FRM / PRMIA certified).
- Analysis, data mapping and reporting.
- Be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- At least 7 years of Banking / FS business technology project experience.
- SQL skills (ability to read and write queries for data handling, differences in joins, etc).
- Agile project execution experience, and knowledge of how to prepare BA deliverables (BRD, SRS, TDD, use cases, user stories, Jiras, etc.).
- Should have executed projects in at least one or more of the below areas. Candidates without the below experience will be rejected.
- Counterparty Credit Risk monitoring.
- Pre-settlement risk measurement framework revision in response to regulatory requirements from UK Regulatory Compliance (PRA).
- Money Market risk management.
- Liquidity Risk.
- Basel III Endgame.
- Credit / Market risk.
- FRTB.
- CCAR.
