Job Description
- Listen, understand and solve various customer queries through different communication channels : emails, phones, social media (Facebook and Instagram) and online instant messaging;
- Work in partnership with other departments in the online store to respond to customer service requests within a reasonable timeframe;
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including human resources policies and occupational health and safety procedures;
- Any other related duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of priorities;
- Bilingualism, oral and written.
