Responsibilities

Reconciling vendor statements and payables

Reviewing and reconciling the open receipt

Reconciling GL Accounts related to payables

Investigating discrepancies

High volume of invoices and P / O matching

Dealing with invoice discrepancies related to price and quantity

Excel based record management and reconciliations

Full accounts payable cycle

Managing daily coding & postings of accounts payable invoices in a timely

effective and accurate manner.

Qualifications

AEC / DEC in Accounting

2-4 years of relative experience

Experience working with SAP S / 4 Hana (an Asset)

Proficient with Excel

Bilingual
