Key Responsibilities :
- Call customers and educate them on RS Breakers & Controls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information and support.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.
- Visit active customers as needed.
- Cold calls to generate new customer orders
- Work standard hours in house (Monday Friday 8am-5pm)
- Some travel required.
- Attend Trade Shows
- Do presentations to customers
- Manage CRM contacts and leads.
- Room for Growth : Based on performance and available vacancy, this role may lead into inside sales representative role, exposure to working in the warehouse to know different products and further growth to doing quotations to customers.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Working Conditions :
- Work in an indoor environment, occasional overtime, etc.
- Operate phones with or without physical receiver devices
