Our Dorval client, in the construction sector, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. Under the supervision of the IT Director, the incumbent is called upon to support the IT team in the various administrative tasks.
This person will have other duties to perform as part of their job requirements.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary cost control tools in order to provide clear feedback;
- Develop and update periodic cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to keep the IT Director informed;
- Track and document all inventory by indicating its location;
- Work closely with the subsidiaries' teams to monitor costs;
- Carry out orders, follow-up and reception, making sure to invoice the right entity;
- Track and allocate fees to other entities for software;
- Prepare and maintain IT expenses;
- Follow up on consumables (stationery, ink cartridges, etc.);
Perform any other related tasks.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the construction industry (asset);
- Good written and oral communication (French and English);
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform under pressure;
Very good analytical skills and ability to synthesize and interpret information.
