Cleaning Technician
Do you live in the Estrie and are looking for stable employment? We're currently seeking candidates for a position as Cleaning Technician for the night shift at KDC in Knowlton.
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll make sure our equipment is impeccable and in perfect working order. This is the basis for impeccable service in our manufacturing and production departments.
Be prepared to "think outside the box" and contribute your creative ideas for continuous improvement.
Schedule : Night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
Location : 315 Knowlton Rd, Knowlton, Québec J0E 1V0, Canada
Salary range : Starting salary between $22 / hr and $23 / hr (depending on experience) + $2.50 / hour Night premium

Responsibilities
The main duties of the CleaningTechnician include the following :
- Equipment maintenance expert : clean equipment in the manufacturing department;
- Enter cleaning data into the AS400 system, ensuring that our records are up to date and our operations efficient.
- Maintain the wash area in accordance with our established program, creating a clean and pleasant work space.
- Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects, where your innovative ideas will drive positive change.
- Comply with our work instructions and health and safety rules with unwavering honesty.
- Demonstrate team spirit and honesty in everything you do.
Qualifications
What is expected of the cleaning technician :
- Mechanical mindset : basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to dismantle and reassemble precision equipment.
- Technological skills : good knowledge of AS400, Excel and Word.
- Language skills : oral and written bilingualism is a valuable asset.
- Ability to organize your work with minimal supervision, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Able to lift weights up to 23 kg.
- Read and follow written instructions with precision and attention to detail.
