Contract in consultation

Responsibilities

  • Here are the responsibilities for this IT Technician 6 months Renewable - Hybrid at this leader in retail in Town of Mont-Royal;
  • Communicate regularly with designated Salesforce super users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality.

Support may include data import / export, data integrity projects or other requests).

  • Communicate regularly with Salesforce Business Manager, IT Solution Team and other stakeholders to ensure features meet field needs and to develop an ongoing project plan.
  • Maintain at least a high level of knowledge of the capabilities of other IT systems / business applications in order to make recommendations on potential points of intersection of upstream and downstream integration or functionality.

The Salesforce System Expert champions Salesforce within the Technology Systems group, educating other team members on Salesforce capabilities and potential applications.

  • Liaises with IT technical resources.
  • Maintains and communicates system metrics to track trends in data usage and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Here are the qualifications required for this IT Technician 6 months Renewable - Hybrid at this leader in retail in Town of Mont-Royal;
  • College diploma, ideally in computer science;
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a similar role;
  • Expertise in Microsoft products, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, LogMeIn, and the deployment of patches and software packages;
  • Knowledge of the architecture, security and technology of personal computers (PCs), peripherals and networks, Windows and macOS and their evolutions;
  • Knowledge of Service Now;
  • A strong orientation with customer satisfaction and an excellent sense of customer service;
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability and willingness to get actively involved and manage situations involving unforeseen breakdowns and impact on users;
  • Technical skills, particularly with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems is an asset;
  • Microsoft training on Windows 10 is a major asset;
  • Good stress and pressure management skills;
