You will be responsible toprovide IT support via our ticketing system diagnose troubleshootand resolve IT issues for our internal teams.
Additionally you willwork with the team to manage our current IT infrastructure.
Keyresponsibilities :
- ProvideIT support related to computer systems hardware software andnetworking
- Prepareand configure computers peripherals telephones and other computerequipment
- Performinstallation update and maintenance ofsoftware
- Diagnoseand solve technical problems ofusers
- Manage useraccess andsecurity
- Performdiagnosis of networksystems
- Documentincidents support / service requests and followup in the ticketingsystem
- Maintaininventory of computerequipment.
SkillsRequired
- Collegedegree in ComputerScience
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft platforms Windows Server 2016 and2019
- Ableto work with very littlesupervision
- Availableto work on site 3 days perweek.
