IT Technician
Description
Chaque fois qu'il y a des problèmes dans les magasins à travers le Canada, le technicien de support est la première ligne de soutien.
Il reçoit des tickets par le biais du service now ou des appels.
Il s'agit de résoudre les problèmes liés aux points de vente et de les documenter correctement dans l'outil.

Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires :
Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais. Le candidat recevra principalement des appels en français puisqu'il s'occupera principalement du Québec, il devra donc avoir une bonne communication en français.

- Whenever there are issues in the stores across Canada they are the first line of support. They will either receive tickets trough service now or calls.
- Troubleshoot any POS issues and then document properly in the tool.
