Faculty and Formation Project Coordinator remote
Were looking for a Project Coordinator tojoin our Formation Faculty and Theological Foundations (F3)team!
Reporting directly to the Manager ofFormation Strategy you will provide highlevel executive support tothe Director the Manager of Faculty Relations and Development andother core and affiliate faculty.
In this role you will providelogistical support facilitate communication and streamline internalefficiency to maximize the time of the team and Faculty.
Inaddition you will support the F3 Team with project managementseeing projects from initiation through execution so that projectgoals are met and the project stays on budget.
As the point ofcontact for F3 projects youll be asked to facilitate crossteamcoordination and communicate with key stakeholders.
Lastly you willsupport special projects as initiated by the F3 Director.
What Youll Do
- Supervise F3 team projects and coordinate all teammembers to keep workflows on track; review project RASCI tocoordinate with external project leads to align project schedulesmilestones task due dates and estimated hours and translate toprojects in Asana.
- Schedule and participatein F3 team project meetings; document and followup on importantaction items and decisions.
- Act as gatekeeperand liaison for communication to the Director and Facultysschedules.
- Complete a broad variety ofadministrative tasks for the F3 and faculty including but notlimited to : communicating with faculty managing calendarappointments for select Core Faculty members composing andpreparing correspondence arranging travel plans and itineraries andcompiling documents for meetings projects and events.
- Work with F3 Team to obtain individualized insight ofeach Faculty members work and their individual working / teachingstyles and expertise in order to serve and represent themeffectively to other programs in CAC being able to anticipate needsprepare for problems and create backup plans.
- Manage documentation process for the department includingorganization / integrity / maintenance of shared file servers andfiling / organization of outstanding contracts and royaltyagreements.
- Maintain a high level ofconfidentiality and decorum.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencerequired.
- Strong written and oralcommunication skills.
- 35 years of projectcoordination experience and administrative support.
- Proficient with office management systems MicrosoftOffice (Outlook Word Excel and Power Point).
- The ability to quickly learn the basics of the CACseducational offerings teaching and landscape with the intention tomove from mission curiosity to mission competence.
- Experience at email and calendar systems such asOutlook.
- Experience with video andteleconference tools such as Zoom.
- Experiencewith enterprise resource planning systems and tools such as TeamsAsana and Salesforce preferred.
- Experienceexercising discretion andconfidentiality.

This is an exempt full time positionscheduled to begin as soon as possible. Ideally this position worksonsite in our Albuquerque office but remote candidates will also beconsidered for this position.
