This is a contract role we are piloting for 1-year, after which time (if successful) will move to permanent, full-time status.
We embrace this as a remote role to anyone based in Canada, with a preference to someone living in the Okanagan, BC. Compensation is $25-30 / hour and requires a commitment of 20-30-hours / week.

Customer Champion : Be the friendly voice in our client interactions, handling queries, and ensuring an awesome customer journey.
Data Maven : Run and manage surveys to collect feedback, crunch the numbers, and share insights to elevate our programs.Content Organizer : Optimize all program materials in Notion.
Keep our digital workspace tidy and efficient.Trainer’s Right Hand : Act as the Executive Assistant to our trainers, managing materials, coordinating sessions, and handling prep work.
Slack Sensei : Keep our Slack community thriving by sparking conversations, sharing updates, and responding to inquiries.
Your Toolbox : 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, customer success, or a similar role.A tech-savvy trailblazer comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, AI and social media platforms.
You’ve likely worked, or are working in start-up tech.Customer-obsessed with stellar communication chops, both written and verbal.
