Responsibilities
As our new Luxury POSM Project Manager you will :
- Act as Project Lead : Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring your team meets deadlines, resolves obstacles, and consistently delivers an outstanding client experience.
- Plan and Execute : Lead all project management activities, allocating resources, managing equipment, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Serve as a central communication link across clients, production, design, logistics, and finance.
Attend daily stand-ups and operations meetings as needed to ensure alignment.
- Client Support : Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and managing vendor collaborations to meet project milestones.
- Issue Resolution : Quickly resolve challenges in partnership with project personnel and experts. Escalate client concerns when necessary to ensure smooth project flow.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate project records, from work plans and production guides to status reports and progress updates.
Keep our internal software updated with precision.
Communication : Provide regular status updates to internal teams and department leaders. Clearly communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Qualifications
You have :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience : A strong background in project management within a manufacturing environment, especially in custom manufacturing or POP displays.
You’re committed to quality and skilled in assessing new projects.
- Drive : You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle production challenges to consistently meet deadlines.
- Relationship-Building Skills : Known for fostering trust, you prioritize client needs and build lasting partnerships.
- Communication Skills : Clear, concise, and effective in both written and verbal communication, with a knack for presenting information across various audiences.
- Technical Skills : Expertise in project management, design, engineering, and / or cost estimation. Familiarity with reading CAD drawings or a willingness to learn, plus proficiency in project management tools.
- Flexibility : A collaborative team player who can work independently, ready to step in where needed. Open to travel as required.
