Role Overview :
We seek a highly skilled Community Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Kamloops. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all building systems are functioning optimally.

- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of property management professionals.
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
