Role Overview :

We seek a highly skilled Community Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Kamloops. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all building systems are functioning optimally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of property management professionals.
  • Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.

Qualifications :
