Position : Administrative Assistant
Location : Ottawa (Hybrid)
Job Type : 6-month contract with high chances of extension or moving permanent
As an Administrative Assistant , you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's Ottawa office by providing essential support to various departments.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and assisting with a range of administrative tasks.
What you'll do :
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Serve as an administrative liaison
- Maintain records and files
- Handle public inquiries
- Support office operations
- Provide basic IT assistance
What we're looking for :
- Minimum high school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- 1-3 years of office administration experience required
- Experience in client relations, customer service, and basic public relations
- Financial training or education is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bilingualism (English / French) is an asset
