Job Description
The Crew Leader position is typically best suited for individuals searching for employment (March-September) who enjoy engaging with customers, providing great customer service, working outdoors and are looking to improve on sales / service skills.
This role is essential for our operations at Grill Hero. As a Crew Leader, you will be learning the ins and outs of the barbecue industry by conducting our barbecue cleaning service, facilitating the customer experience, managing your own set of supplies and equipment, and much more.
Crew Leader have the opportunity to work their way into Management roles, which can come with pay increases along with increased responsibilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning barbecues at both Commercial and Residential properties
- Managing and providing an excellent customer experience
- Upselling products and add-ons
- Booking future appointments
- Maintaining and organizing company supplies and equipment
- Representing the company on the ground
- More tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- High attention to details
Compensation
- Starting at $ 19 + Tips + Incentives (Most make $20-$25 / hr)
- Performance bonuses and incentives

- Mileage incurred during operations is compensated on top of hourly pay

- Vehicle available for use throughout summer (required to be considered for Team Leader roles)
