Job Details :

• Salary : $16.55 / hour
• Part-Time - 5 times a week - 1.5 hours per night - Monday to Friday

Requirements :

• You must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work as public transportation is not available
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend
• Must have an eye for detail, and take pride in your work

The job involves but is not limited to :

• Dusting and cleaning surface areas and counter surfaces.
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood / laminate or tiled floors.
• Using vacuum equipment; vacuums and cleaning carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal.
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
• Cleaning sinks, basins, toilets, and showers in private and public bathrooms.
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Restocking of restroom supplies.
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Expectations are as follows :
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Training will be provided, however, experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines;
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time;

physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.

• General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
• Able to work nights and possibly some weekends if requested
