Ideal Candidate : - At least 2 years of experience - Bilingual for communications outside of Quebec - Experience using SAP and / or Nethris (Ideal) - Resourceful and problem solver Main Responsibilities : - Coordinating and overseeing payroll activities for both unionized and non-unionized employees - Ensuring authorized payments comply with company policies and current collective agreements - Making necessary corrections to employee payrolls, validating corrections, etc.
Foster administrative follow-ups on benefits and group insurance - Applying hiring and departure procedures for employees (tax, group insurance, pension funds, etc.
