As the Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be part of a fast-paced technology operations team dedicated to supporting both digital and contact centre transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop detailed specifications, ensuring they translate business needs into precise and actionable technical documentation that aligns with digital standards and supports agile development.
Additionally, you will manage incidents effectively to minimize disruptions and drive continuous improvement in response protocols.
Finally, you will assist in the implementation of new applications, enhancements or upgrades to achieve program objectives in alignment with business and technology strategies.
How you will create impact :
- Consulting with stakeholders to gather, document and translate clear and concise specifications, processes, workflows, issues and risks into actionable technical documentation.
- Supporting the software development life cycle across the stages involved in creating, deploying and maintaining the digital and contact centre applications including contributing to quality assurance as required.
- Leading and coordinating incident and problem management processes across the technology stack with experience in interpreting system output logs to ensure timely resolution of critical issues, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Maintaining and documenting application catalogs capturing the current state of applications.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to the team, identifying quality improvement and efficiency opportunities to enhance the overall service delivery and operational effectiveness.

To join our team :
- You have five years of experience as a lead Senior Business Systems Analyst, with a proven record of delivering results and working effectively in an agile environment.
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, providing a robust technical foundation for the role.
- You have ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- You have CBAP or BPM certification.
- You have excellent business and systems knowledge including comprehension of applications, procedures, workflows and output logs.
- Working experience with site reliability engineering tools (Splunk, Dynatrace or Azure) is an asset.
