You love everything to do with the bustling housing market. The idea of supporting a team of Realtors to help their clients find a perfect home is your deal.

Customer service is in your DNA and organizing and scheduling people makes your heart beat faster. You look at a calendar and see endless possibilities.

You are a problem-solver, solutions-finder, and responsibility seeker! And computer literacy? Oh yeah, you rock at that too Microsoft Office has nothing on you.

From spreadsheets to Word docs, you’ve got templates and systems down pat. No admin task is too much for you and your can-do attitude lights up the room.

Your passion is undeniable, and you bring reassurance, positivity, and loyalty to the table.

We are top-producing, thoughtful real estate professionals looking for a qualified candidate to help complement and grow out our business.

You’ll keep us running like a well-oiled machine and take every opportunity to find room for improvement. Knowledge of Paragon, Webforms, LTSA, and Strata Documents is a plus.

In a perfect world, you have a valid class 5 and don’t mind occasionally cruising from job to job while singing along with the radio.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus structure DOE

Responsibilities :

  • CMA groundwork
  • CRM maintenance and management
  • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale and Purchase
  • Client communication
  • Lead / Showing follow up
  • Buyer tour organization
  • Email and Calendar management
  • Marketing preparation
  • Minimal accounting / bookkeeping
  • Occasional errands
  • Event planning
  • Office conservation

Qualifications :

  • Shows ability to quickly and accurately finish very detailed work
  • Shows great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in a multitude of computer programs
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have a can do attitude to all required tasks and the ability to problem solve
  • Previous real estate office experience is an asset; a license is not necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality when assisting with the problem - solve for clients and the team
