Hourly salary of $110 to $125 based onexperience.
6monthcontract.
Fulltime 37.50 hoursper week.
Hybrid work : 3 remotedays and 2 office days (subject tochange).

Responsibilities :
SolutionsandAssurance
Create data solutions and designs for projects meeting the companys technology standards ensuring availability security resilienceand performance.
Produce designoptions with associated costs benefits and risks for investmentdecisions.
Collaborate withstakeholders to agree on tradeoffs between longterm and shorttermgoals.
Ensure integrity ofendtoend solution across platforms and transitionstates.
Shape and estimate ITinitiatives and feature team sprints ensuring alignment withbusiness outcomes.
Communicatecomplex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.
Address solution debtincurred during transition phases and identify potential risks withmitigation strategies.
Participate in postimplementation reviews to improve futuredesigns.
TechnicalLeadership
Stay updated with technological developments in data and analyticsand assess their compatibility with the companysarchitecture.
Recommend toolsframeworks and platforms for data and analyticalsolutions.
Define architecturebest practices and standards and enforcethem.
Conduct architecturereviews for compliance.
Producedesign artifacts supporting various stakeholdergroups.
Peer review designartifacts of colleagues.
Providecoaching mentoring and training to teammembers.
DesignCommunityMembership :
Contribute to the Solution Architecture community leading orparticipating in initiatives to enhance the company s designapproach.
Develop technicalskills to support the companys understanding and exploitation ofemerging technologytrends.
Risk&Controls :
Identify own and manage key risks and ITcontrols.
Ensure timelyremediation of issues and actions associated withcontrols / risks.
Maintain recordsand ensure controls operate effectively within the companystolerance level.
Report andescalate status of risks controls and standards asneeded.
ProblemSolving :
Solve projectbased problems adhering to policy process andguidelines.
Escalate problemsaccording to guidelines.
Recommend design solutions or ideas in response to projectchallenges.
Take personalinitiative in adapting tochange.
Collaboration :
Build effective working relationships with project managersplatform managers architects anddesigners.
Maintain liaison withsuppliers and relevant sources of technology to stayupdated.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Experience in data and analytical architecture design andimplementation.
Strong experiencewith broad expertise applicable across various customer andbusiness scenarios.
Strongknowledge of endtoend project lifecycle methodologies primarilyagile.
Experience in policy / dataconversion from legacy to modernplatforms.
Strong knowledge ofdata lifecycle management data retention data modeling and workingknowledge of cloud computing and modern developmentpractices.
Financial acumen tosupport the development of business cases and inform key designdecisions.
Ability to balancelongterm direction with necessary shorttermgoals.
Demonstrated passion fortechnology and its utilization for the benefit ofcustomers.
Communication skillswith the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and projectcolleagues.
