Monitor contract progress and make recommendation to owner for contractor payments. Oversee and manage the interface and review process of all change requests regardless of source.  Anticipate potential problematic changes, proactively navigate problematic changes, and actively minimize impacts from any required change.  Lead negotiation of change requests on behalf of engineer of record and actively advise Metro Vancouver on decision needs. Develop KPIs to monitor cost and schedule changes.
