Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via telephone, e-mail and CRM.
Create quotations, track orders and manage customer files by handling various administrative tasks.
Provide first-level technical support and escalate as necessary based on sound case analysis.
Collaborate with teams to optimize customer experience and sales management.
Qualifications
A versatile, problem-solving, analytical and proactive mind.
2 years' experience in customer service or equivalent, preferably in B2B.
Bilingualism (French / English) written and spoken, essential.
Mastery of the Office Suite (Excel) and a high level of computer literacy.
