Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• While prior hands-on experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Commitment to full-time work (40-50 hours per week).
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Payment Structure :

Competitive base pay ranging from $17.50-24 / hour, with additional high-performance bonuses.

Responsibilities :

Overseeing the entire project , ensuring work is completed to high standards.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization on-site, including equipment and project areas.

Upholding quality and client satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners and management.

Managing day-to-day project tasks to deliver exceptional service to clients.
