As we embark on theestablishment of our new agency a pivotal priority is theimplementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Ourcentral objective is to create an integrated system thatproficiently manages financial transactions while optimizinginventory controls.

Experiencerequired :
1012 yearsof robust experience in project management roles with an emphasison ERP system implementations specifically in the public sector andsimilarentities.
Handsonexperience in designing implementing and configuring ERP systems.Familiarity with major ERP solutions like SAP Workday OracleMicrosoft Dynamics and understanding of key ERP modules pertinentto procurement inventory management and supply chainoptimization.
Understandingof procurement processes and regulations best practices and thenuances of supply chain management in the publicsector.
and nbsp;Solidgrasp of project management methodologies frameworks and bestpractices with a track record of successfully delivering largescaleERP projects on time and withinbudget.

Deliverables :
TheSenior Project Manager is expected to play a pivotal role in thesuccessful execution of the priority ERP project aimed atestablishing the new agency.
Their responsibilities andexpectations encompass thefollowing :
- Leveragingproject management principles the PM will lead the organization inimplementing an ERP solution to meet business needs andoutcomes
- Manage relationships with businessareas vendors and the internal IT team for projectsuccess.
- Create industrystandard projectdocumentation and oversee project teamdeliverables.
- Document business requirementscomprehensively and create option analysis to evaluate differentapproaches and solutions.
- Identification andanalysis of all key stakeholders outlining their rolesresponsibilities and influence in theproject.
- A detailed timeline and sequence ofactivities phases and milestones required for the successfulrollout of the ERP system ensuring all teams and stakeholders arealigned on the projects trajectory.
- Activelydrive all deliverables forward by closely collaborating andcoordinating with project teammembers.
- Facilitate executive steeringcommittee meetings to build consensus andendorsement.
- Oversee business analysis systemdesign security and privacymeasures.
- Comprehensive identification ofpotential risks associated with the ERP implementation accompaniedby strategies and actions to mitigate theserisks.
- Develop and execute a comprehensivetesting strategy.

- Establishing apostimplementation support model in collaboration with the Ontariogovernments Service Centre and partners to ensure ongoing systemmaintenance and user support.
- Managestakeholder relationships with business areas vendor and internalIT team to ensure successful projectdelivery.
- Support and lead executive steeringcommittee project meetings to gain consensus collaboration andendorsement.
DesirableQualifications :
- EducationalBackground : A bachelors degree in Project Management BusinessAdministration Information Technology or relateddisciplines.
