Project Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY :

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in our tech development company and is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of various projects.

You will serve as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who coordinates cross-functional teams and manages project risks effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Manager : Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers,
• designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Continuously monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Budget Management : Track project expenses and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Timeline Management : Monitor project timelines closely, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule promptly.

Adjust project plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.

Address stakeholder concerns and facilitate effective communication among team members.

• Shipment Coordination : Coordinate the shipment of deliverables as necessary, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery to clients or end-users.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk registers, and other relevant records.

Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven 7-10 years of work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in tech or engineering
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• PMP certification is a must
