Senior Staff - US Tax
Duties andResponsibilities
- Providingexceptional planning and advice on cross border structures andcompliance
- Being a key contributor to thegrowth of a new US Tax group and contributing to tax planning andclient management initiatives
- Providing bothtechnical and project management support on U.S. Personal andCorporate Tax projects
- Researching interpretingtax legislation formulating solutions and providingsuggestions
- Identifying and recommendingcreative solutions to tax issues
- Bringing tothe attention of the Manager or Tax Partner any significant issuesor findings along with recommendations. Discussing matters with theAssurance Partner if required.
- Acting in thecapacity of Development Advisor to specific US tax staff providesupport and development if deemedappropriate
- Preparing all types of US taxreturns
- Assistance to other offices of the Firmasrequired
Requirements :
- Graduateof a University Accounting Program orequivalent
- Chartered Professional Accountant(CPA) Designation
- 35 years of work experiencewith US Taxation
- Thorough understanding of theInternal Revenue Code.
