Our client in the distribution industry is seeking a Logistics and Transportation Coordinator to assist with all product movement requests and coordination with internal and external warehouses.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all import documents from local and overseas vendors. The documents need to be validated for payments and customs brokerage.
- Responsible for ensuring all import documents contain a Commercial Invoice, Packing list, BOL, and if necessary B255, ESO, COO etc.
- All commercial documents need to match against Ardene’s purchase orders, total units, unit costs etc.
- Responsible for clearly communicating with vendors and buyers for all missing import documents and discrepancies.
- File all documents in internal share drive
- Assist with other logistics tasks as needed.
Qualifications
At least 1 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or higher
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & French
Attention to detail
