Roleexpectations
Attend appointments to ensure client experience and communicationexpectations are established
Maintainand nurture current and past clientrelationships
Draft listingcontracts
Draft buyercontracts
Draft supportingofferrelated documents (amendments schedules notice of fulfillmentetc.)
Manage email andresponses
Manage calls and mitigatesolutions on the calls
Coordinatewith the team for listing and buyerrelatedtransactions
Assist and manageschedule
Coordinate and assist inclient retention activities (client appreciation event annualproperty reports birthday touches gift arrangementsetc.)
Maintain and keep the databasefor clean filing
Assist withbookkeeping coordination with bookkeepers and accountants
Point of contact with all dedicatedprofessionals (lawyers mortgage brokers accountants bookkeepersfinancial advisor life insurance rep)
Communicate with team and vendorswhere necessary
Attend meetings withdedicated professionals to ensure clear communication
Set up client prospect searches& sales reports
Tech expectations :
Proficient withFollow Up Boss through and through (This is our main databasesystem to track all client communication client information andmetrics for the business).
Proficient with Slack (This is the main internal message forum tokeep communication with the back endteam).
Email management and filingsystem
Google drive filing systemsand management
