On the lookout for someone willing to work on-site with at least 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Law. Do you have expertise in declaring condominiums and doing other land development work?

Salary range : $90,000-$100,000

About you

You should bring :

• 3-5 years of experience practicing Real Estate Law in Ontario
• Top-notch client service skills
• Proficiency in independent review of title searches and financing packages
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing long-form Agreements of Purchase and Sale
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
• Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

About the role

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for :

• Helping clients navigate real estate needs, including buying, selling, and refinancing commercial and residential properties.
• Conducting title searches to ensure clear ownership and identifying any encumbrances or issues.
• Creating and reviewing legal documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, leases, and closing documents.
• Offering legal guidance, such as zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Negotiating and reviewing financial arrangements
