Well-known transportation company in the Concord area is looking for a Full-time Drivers Payroll Clerk start immediately.

LOCATION : Vaugha, On (Creditstone Rd and Langstaff Rd)
SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Dispatch & Rail Linehaul Manager, the Clerk assists with the efficient and productive day-to-day functions within the Dispatch group, including dispatch, Cartage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coverage and assisting for Auditing Driver Cartage / Payroll department including but not limited to Broker Payroll, Drayage payroll which includes :
- Processing payroll for 100+ drivers
- Maintaining deadlines on a daily and weekly basis as it is a time sensitive responsibilty
- Managing payroll adjustments, deductions,incurred appraisals and send final copy to manager
- Collating , checking and analyzing spreadsheet data
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Computer and fast keyboarding skills including good writing and spreadsheet skills
- Transportation Industry Experience is a must
- Knowledge of GTA and surrounding areas
- Able to multitask in a very fast pace environment
- Flexible working hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Administrative Skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Transportation knowledge
- Highly organized
- Very detail oriented
