Program Data Administrator
Sunshine EnterpriseUSA is seeking a Program Data Administrator for an office setting.The successful candidate will support our client s ongoing programthrough data processing and administration ensuring accuraterecording and tracking of customer data and facilitating efficientprogram operations.
Troubleshooting systematic errors and providingrelevant services will also be part of therole.
Workhours :
MF8 : 30 4 : 30 pm Pacific Time 37.5 hours per week excluding statutoryholidays in British Columbia or as otherwise agreed to by theparties inwriting

Responsibilities
Conduct regulardata entry and processing tasks to ensure accurate recording andtracking of customer data across multipleplatforms
Perform dataquality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errorsin thedata
Collaborate withother team members to streamline data processes and improveefficiency
Ensurecompliance and standards governing data privacy andsecurity
Respond to datainquiries and requests from internal stakeholders in a timelymanner
Implement andmaintain data management best practices to uphold data integrityandconfidentiality
Other tasks asreasonably required by the ProjectManager
Qualifications
Diploma ordegree in Business Administration Computer Science InformationTechnology or other relevant fieldrequired
Aminimum of 12 years of prior experience using the MS Office suitewith a demonstrated proficiency in Excel in an office environmentrequired
Previousexperience with data processing database managementpreferred
Experience withSalesforce and / or the ability to learn new technical platformspreferred
Stronganalytical skills and attention to detail to ensureaccuracy

InterviewProcess

Thesuccessful candidate may be required to complete GPEB registrationand fulfill other onboarding requirements before the interviewdate.
