Commission-Based Sales Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

Accelerate IT Services Inc is a Canadian Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping small and mid‑sized businesses secure, manage, and modernize their IT environments. Our services span Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, identity & access management, networking, and fully managed IT solutions.

Role Description

We are looking for a Commission-Based Sales Engineer with hands‑on MSP experience to support business growth across Canada. This is a 100% remote, commission‑only role ideal for professionals who understand both the technical delivery and commercial value of managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage SMB prospects.
Participate in technical discovery and solution discussions.

Design and recommend MSP solutions including :

Cybersecurity & identity protection

Backup & disaster recovery

Managed networking, firewalls, and endpoints

Support proposal development, scoping, and solution positioning, collaborating closely with internal technical resources to close deals.

Required Experience

Prior experience working in an MSP environment (mandatory)

Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals.

Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Self‑driven and comfortable in a remote, commission‑based role.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with Intune, Sophos, HPE or Dell networking.

Existing SMB network or referral base.

Compensation

Commission‑only compensation model.

Earnings based on recurring monthly revenue (MRR) from managed services.

Long‑term earning potential through recurring client contracts.
