We are currently looking for a Marketing Data and Analytics savant. Someone who is a Marketing Analytics Jedi Master to help us run our entire digital output across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Social Media, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ads, Local Business, Faire Wholesale and Klaviyo Email Marketing.
You’ll also be the point person for our overseas team on all our digital output and for pushing out new product information to all 5 Shopify stores.
Please note this is 100% not a content creator / creative position. Our creative team will provide all content assets. This role's job is to optimize who and how content is being sent out.
You will be responsible for creating a Marketing Calendar and pushing the creative team for content to make sure everything stays on track.
Then you will track all KPIs, provide feedback on how to optimize future content, and implement agreed upon strategies for maximum performance.

This is an in office job because we all genuinely like each other and working remote has been so boring!
Here are the skills we’re looking for.
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Expert understanding of how to create, manage, and analyze Meta, Etsy and Pinterest advertising campaigns as well as connecting accounts with existing Shopify stores.
- Full understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Local Business and Klaviyo email marketing with a focus on analytics and performance improvement.
- Shopify Expert. Must understand Shopify analytics and how to improve site performance across all analytics from conversion to SEO.
- Knowledge of how Amazon S3 Photo bucket is a plus. Must be able to assist our outside partner with Photo bucket management.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Account functionality and analytics is a big plus.
- Own the accuracy of data across all 5 websites. Direct team on how to correct errors when they are found.
- Must have the ability to fully understand how our integrated systems operate across all selling channels and the order of operations for adding new data.
- Coordinator of overseas team members to implement digital strategies and changes in a timely fashion.
- Full knowledge of how Klaviyo functions with the ability to create segments for micro targeted email campaigns across 3 countries / regions for multiple customer types (i.e. DTC and wholesale).
