Job Description
A Business Analyst (BA) specializing in General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation and Data Governance Services (DGS) plays a key role in our finance team. The BA ensures accurate financial records and data integrity, working closely with finance, operations, and IT to streamline processes and enhance data quality.
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OFSAA solutions, focusing on GL reconciliation processes and data governance within the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- GL Reconciliation : Perform and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts.
- Data Governance : Maintain standards for data quality and consistency.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficient financial workflows.
- Reporting and Analysis : Generate and analyze financial reports; create dashboards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Translate business requirements for technical teams.
- Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure regulatory compliance; support audits.
- Training and Documentation : Train end-users and maintain process documentation.
