This is a long-term contract opportunity to work on impactful, multinational project in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Project Coordinator Business Operations Transformation (BOT), you will support the Project Manager in driving the end-to-end implementation of Target Operating Model, underpinned by SAP S / 4 HANA and Ariba technology.
This role ensures the project adheres to the Program Governance set by the PMO and manages project planning and reporting according to BOT-specific ways of working and associated tools.

Responsibilities
Core Duties :
Act as the Project Manager’s right hand / stand-in in key governance forums and ad-hoc meetings, driving the resolution of issues, actions, and risks.
Support scope management by coordinating between the Central Team (Solution, Test, etc.) and country teams, addressing questions and facilitating alignment.
Engage with country transformation teams to manage changes in tactical plans impacting country master plans.
Manage risks and issues by ensuring consistent follow-up, raising new risks, and maintaining adherence to central PMO-defined ways of working.
Assist with resource planning and financial reporting by tracking project costs monthly in collaboration with the Business Navigator and Resource Manager.
Support project governance by organizing, preparing, and facilitating key forums such as kick-offs, stage gates, tactical meetings, and checkpoints, ensuring proper follow-up on actions.
Additional Responsibilities :
Provide deep analysis and support for System Integrator (Accenture) Change Requests (CRs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of tactical plans, delivery responsibility matrices (DRM), and operational plans (MSPs).
Regularly review project deliverables stored in Solution Manager (SolMan) and / or Jira, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
Manage project-specific SharePoint sites, including page creation and access control.
Ensure compliance with global program governance frameworks and maintain project progress data in alignment with the overall implementation plan.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Capabilities :
Strong ability to work effectively in diverse, international, and distributed teams.
Proficiency in multiple project management methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and balance conflicting priorities.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Project and Excel).
Familiarity with Power BI and Solution Manager (preferred).
Certification in Prince2, PMI Practitioner, or equivalent (a plus).
Key Experience and Skills :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project / program support within large-scale global business transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4 HANA implementation in multinational organizations.
Proven experience in global business transformation and change management.
Familiarity with complex program environments involving multiple system integrators and global delivery models.
