Purpose of the Position

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager who has experience in operations and personnel management.
Responsibilities
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management / the general manager
- Organize or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
- Be available to respond to emergencies
Requirements
The ideal person has :
- Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, dynamism, versatility, sense of organization and initiative
- Good judgment and priority management
- Enjoy contact with people
Required qualifications : A DEP in general building maintenance (as an asset), experience in personnel management, knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs, ease in the use of computer tools, CPR training, in-depth knowledge of the components of a residence / building’s installations.
