Purpose of the position

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager who has experience in operations and personnel management. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management / the general manager
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
- Be available to respond to emergencies

Required qualifications :
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- CPR training
- In-depth knowledge of the components of a residence / building’s installations
