Purpose of the position

This unique place combines the dynamism of city life with the friendliness and convenience of the neighborhood.We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager who has experience in operations and personnel management. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management / the general manager
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
• Be available to respond to emergencies
