Computer literate with an ability to type 30 words perminute.Multi-tasker in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamicenvironment.

Excellent negotiator, listener and a quick learner withgreat objection handling skills.Excellent English language skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Availabilitybetween the hours of Monday to Saturday 9am-10pm.High School Diplomaor GED.

Must be 18 years of age or more and legally eligible to workin Canada full-time.Responsibilities : Work collaboratively as ateam with a goal to achieve a high quality standard.

Work in highlyconsultative phone calls (both inbound and outbound).Ability toconnect with customers through conversations and provide financialsolutions.

Build trusting relationships with customers understandingtheir needs.Proactively offer appropriate solutions that create highcustomer satisfaction.

Exercise patience and empathy that resolvecustomer concerns.Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-selland up-sell to existing customers.
