- Quote and sell vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor living products
- Serve customers on the phone, through email and / or in person on a daily basis
- Provide superior customer experience
- Work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively, and quickly
- Accurately process payment and product sales documentation in NetSuiteQualifications
- Inside sales experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook a must
- Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of professionalism
- Strong collaborative, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational and prioritizing abilities
- Superior multi-tasking abilities and very detail oriented
- Must be reliable and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
