About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a national not-for-profit organization, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Program Coordinator to work ten days per month.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Administration and delivery of an international academic program
- Provide support in the areas of applicant screening, document review and database maintenance
- Organizing meetings for the selection committees
- Assisting with national and international events
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for program inquiries
- Document and report production together with budget reporting for the program
- Coordinate travel for team members and recipients
About You
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of one year of experience in program administration
- Be fluent in both English & French
- Be eligible to obtain a federal government security clearance- Enhanced Reliability
- Experience working in an academic or not-for-profit environment would be considered a strong asset
About the Job
This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will start as a six-month contract. It offers a wage of $27.00 to $30.00 per hour on contract with benefits once the selected candidate is hired.
