Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, administration or similar.
- Will consider additional work experience in lieu of degree.
- Build relationships with other areas in Supply Chain and other organizations.
- Ability to apply analytical skills to data to interpret and present findings.
- Strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs, Power BI.
- An ease and appreciation for evaluating complex datasets.
- Strong personal skills, Customer focused.
- Prior experience performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks.
- Inquisitive and driven analyst with a passion to innovate.
- Demonstrated business acumen, integrity, and interpersonal savvy to connect with stakeholders.
Assets
Experience operating and inputting data into SAP / ERP systems considered an asset.
Previous experience in import / export standards / procedures considered an asset.
An understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards.
Analytical ability in evaluating inventory levels / demands considered an asset for future advancement.
Knowledge of the regulatory requirements to be observed in handling aviation parts an asset.
Prior Inventory Control procedures experience considered an asset.
Previous Inventory Control procedures an asset.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Incumbent must obtain and maintain NATO Secret security clearance issued by the Public Services and Procurement Canada's Contract Security Program (CSP) and BTCL security officers.
